Specification

MR-550STS operating instruction

1) Guide alignment : Unscrew and adjust(factory setting-A4size)
....Use of magnet -B5 size 3 magnets(no guide adjustment is required)

2) Perforation method
....Guide alignment, insert material power on, press switch.

3) Available volume pwer perforation

• Max. 50sheets of copy paper, our recommending is 30 sheets per perforation
• Max.8 hseets of P.P cover, our recommendation is 4 sheets per perforation

4) Compression of MR-550STS Twin Wire Ring

• Place down magnet onto the back panel of press
• Adjust press gauge scale according to the ring size
• Stick the ring that papers are inserted fast to magnet plate correctly
• Press pedal as the same way of the perforating

5) 2:1 Pitch process(A4 sheet - 23holes)
Raise back-upper panel by revolving MR-550STS, and work in same way.

6) Standard table for the numbers of Twin Wire Ring binding sheet

When the machine stops due to too many papers in perforation, just off the power and turn it on, then it works normally.
Independent power outlet must be used.(15A 250V)
